We now meet on the first Monday of each month at the Effingham Golf Club, Guildford Road, Effingham, KT24 5PZ (tel 01732 452203). A bar is available and individuals can order sandwiches by phoning the club in advance.

OUR PROGRAMME FOR 2017
This year we are keeping the outline programme simple rather than producing a leaflet that some members have difficulty printing. We are also introducing a booking form for each event other than our evening talks. If you wish to take part in the event please complete the form and send it to the relevant committee member together with a cheque for the cost.
EVENING TALKS - All start promptly at 7.30pm

Monday 6th February:    Sean Clarke, recently with Farlows will talk on Salmon Fishing in the Varzina.   
Monday 6th March: ........A speaker from S&TC UK will update us on their latest developments. 
Monday 27th November;     Our AGM after which we will have a "Bring & Buy" sale of spare equipment.


All the above take place at Effingham Golf Club starting at 7.30pm. Do come along and also bring any friends who would like to listen. The entrance fee is £5.00

Wednesday 5th April;         Ashmere Lakes, Shepperton, includes Supper  £45. This is a very good evening sport in an attractive setting. Please book early, we need 15 rods minimum.
27th & 28th August          The Edenbridge and Oxted Agricultural Show. We man the S&TC Marquee and provide Fly Fishing tuition. Please volunteer to help on the day.
Sunday 17th September    A day fishing for sea trout on the Sussex Ouse £20. This is a great day out with a good chance of a fine sea trout.
Sunday 1st October            Families Day, a tuition day for anyone. £25. This  is a day for anyone wishing to learn or to improve their flyfishing skills. This is at Vale End, Albury near Guildford - if you are interested contact Hugh Grover
Saturday 4thNovember     Grayling Day on the Test at Wherwell £45. An opportunity to fish waters that are normally not available. Bring a picnic lunch.
